Humidity Help

I have a rack I built that holds 16qt and 26qt tubs. I am using a acurite digital temp/humidity guage It just keeps reading HI instead of a number. So I a guessing I need to lower the humidity. Do I just add more holes on the sides of the tubs? IS there a better brand to use that will display a number at all times?

I would first start with a more accurate humidity gauge. Wal-mart has digital options that are pretty easy to use. But if you are experiencing too high of humidity, and I don't know what number you are shooting for, but its best to drill a couple holes at a time. You drill too many than you have to cover them.

Yeah Jeremy is right. Worst mistake I made on my first rack was over-ventilating.

Try a small Lasko fan for your room.
More air circulation will help with lowering humidity w/o drilling any more holes!
