As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.

Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Cat_72	Well, since this pet shop deal took place a year ago, and the rest of it even longer ago, I don't know how many answers you're going to get....... And I know a lot of honest folks who have sold property without a realtor/broker's help on contract or otherwise. To state that people who don't go through a broker are cons looking to rip you off is a pretty "blanket" and unfair statement. We sold our last home, and purchased our current home without ANY involvement from a broker. Does that make me a con?
