Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Pros and Cons of Fedex?
What are some good and bad things about Fedex? I am considering getting certified. I heard you can only ship to buisness adresses?

There has been plenty of opinions and experiences posted on shipping via FedEx posted in this forum. Just do a search for titles and it will bring up some good posts. I think you'll find more information reading through those (and more diverse points of views) than with folks just posting again on this thread.
We have never had a problem (yet) shipping through or receiving from FedEx. We ship (practically) door-to-door with no problem.
The good AND bad things with FedEx are pretty much the same as with UPS and DHL - asking a list of questions to 5 different employees will pretty much get you 5 different answer sheets. Call up and ask the rep that answers if you are able to ship reptiles and they'll almost certainly say no. If you call enough times you might get lucky enough to find that one that will say yes, if you are certified. So lack of training and information on their part is, I think, one of the biggest problems they have. Pro or Con? Not sure..!
