Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Took a walk to take a look at our temporary pond yesterday (Sunday) and found a couple of box turtles breeding at the edge of the pond.
While Connie and I were walking around our trail, we spotted another box turtle just soaking in some rays. High got to 82 degrees, so I guess this one wanted to take advantage of the warm weather.
The poor last fella probably was told 3 is a crowd & was sent on his way, lol. That is pretty awesome you seen a bunch just walking around & a good sign more may be on the way in the future. I remember running into a few up here when I was younger but it doesn't happen much anymore. Awesome photos!
