Anery Colombian Red Tail

I just adopted this "anery colombian red tail" she is awesome, but i can't find much on them here. She came with a 28qt tote and misc. But definitely getting a proper home for Ella asap. Should i go vertical for some fake branches or what. Seems like she likes our fake palm lol.

I have a male anery het ghost around the same size, I keep him in a 40 gallon breeder with coir and a wide pitcher for a waterbowl.

Moving this to the discussion forums.

Boas will use vertical space from time to time, if you can get an enclosure with a shelf or large branch, I bet you would see your new boa hanging out on it.
Good luck

Congrats on the addition. Watching a boa climb about their enclosure is an enjoyable relaxing way to spend your time.

Beautiful animal, but I'm not sure it's anery. I think I see some orange in the tail. Take some pics in natural lighting if you can.

Im not positive and would like more opinions as to what she could be. Ill get some good pics tomorrow in the sun.
Also when i took her home it looked like a shed was coming, by her cloudy eye caps. Wouldnt take the rat pup i offered. So i put some moss and gave her a short bath for two days and now they are gone. No idea what to think now.

You've got a nice classic Colombian. Anery animals have zero red on them, making that orange impossible. Their tails are actually gray as well. As far as when she sheds, don't bathe her or anything, just make sure her humidity is around 70% and she'll take care of the rest. Good luck!
