who was it that said that Richard Cole's / Jeri Liller's emails to me has the same apostrophe mistakes that  Brisco P. Darlin / Lori Streeter makes?


who ever you were...you called it right on.  You were absolutley right.  I should have jumped on it then....but I just wanted a little bit more proof.  But you were right the whole time.

So now I am spending my days driving up and down Bay ave.Ok a simple question if I "sit in front of your house daily"then what do I drive (color and make)I will tell you this that Cole told the Judge the wrong info on it and she had her baliff go out and check,right before she laughed his case against me out of court.Another question,If you live right down from Cole why do you forward the e-mails instead of walking them to him?I have a friend that lives35 miles away that drove here to give me all the e-mails you and he had Friday and Saturday.The Lowery Park vet said that all three snakes were in good condition prior to be taken to Richard Coles and now 1 is dead and the other 2 maybe soon.If Cole and Sargeant were in the right then why did the Sheriffs Deputy go to Coles and get the snakes and return them to Mr.Ware?If Sargeant and Cole were so right then why couldn't Sargeant I.D. his own snakes?Do any of you want to know who and how they I.D. THE SNAKES?Will quote from the official police report "At about 1445 hrs.I met with Dale Sargeant,Diane Bachari,Richard Cole and Geri Liller.They went with me to Lowery Parkto Identify the snakes.Dale could not positively identify any of the snakes.He told me that Diane works for and with the snakes and she is very faniliar with the snakes.Diane identified the two albinos as ones stolen from Dale,Diane said that the male had one eye larger then the other.and that the males sexual orans were larger than normal.The pictures Dale had were not of good quality for me to positively the snakes from the photos.Richard Cole said that the snakes the ones that were in the pictures.Based on that ,I returned the snakes to Dale Sargeant.I had him sign a property receipt.Dale ,in turn,had Richard take the snakes and hold them for him." and here is where the Detective took the snakes from Cole and returned them to Mr.Ware "At 1730 hrs. I spoke with richard Cole and told him the snakes were going to belong to Lyman Ware.I advised Richard I needed to pick the snakes up and return them to Lyman". These are direct quotes from the police report and the case is CLOSED.

Have any of you received a copy of the front page of the Madison Co. newspaper along with a copy of Daves arrest record? Just wondering. Yes, Dave so now you do go up and down Bay Ave. Quite alot for the past month or so. I mean, you don't have a job or anything, so what else do you have to do? A little intimidation ? Well you were convicted on an intimidation charge before right??? And innocent children and women are right up your alley. Everyone wants to know why I am even here? When a grown (man?) threatens the lives and well being of a woman and children who are alone, what decent person wouldn't get involved? This is my neighborhood too and there are some kinds of people that you just don't want hanging around. And if they insist, it is a good idea to keep an eye on them right? Think this is crap? The phone call from Dave threatening the whole Cole family is on Record at the Sherifs dept. I do check things out for myself. And oh Richie, you little Scooby Doo, You know who I am but then you are only close. Then you know again then you don't. Give me a break. That is as good as 3 and 4 year olds running around ripping off the neighborhood. I have known these kids for 2 years. The only thing I have had ripped off is a cookie here and there or a frog out of my yard. Oh but all you can't believe that with Dave making his outlandish claims. Talk about making outlandish claimsYou have went from me beating up old ladies to now beating and threating kids if this goes on much longer you will be saying that I was the man on the grassy knoll that got Kennidy.I have went over my past with the whole board before so I am not going to do it again.You said that I called the Coles and Threatened them ,well yet again you are misinformed.Richard called here to tell me that he has been on my property taking photos of my home,buildings and surrounding homes that he has been following me around town and he and Ray Marteliz were going to make a fool of me at the upcoming show will posters and flyers (This came from Cole,I have heard nothing from Ray Marteliz stating this).Cole also said that if he could he was going to have me banned from the show (proof of this is the e-mail that he sent Tony and that is post on this thread)Iwas also told by cole that he and Dale Sargeant were friends and the 2 albinos were gave to Cole as payment(for what I do not know) all of this is also on record with the sheriff dept.Did Cole tell you that there was 2 people here when he called and they listened to the whole conversation or that I advised him that I was taping it and he did not believe me?I was not fired from my job I was put on suspension due to all the calls made by Cole and the trash that he told them but I get a pay check every week.It is funny that You would talk about me not having a job when there is papers from the court signed by The Coles stating that their monthly income is only $185.00 before bills that is a true crime when 2 abled bodied people will not work but instead sit on their a$$es and collect welfare and they have 5 or 6 kids and if I am not mistaken only 1 of them is Richard Cole's.

Wow, Just finished reading this entire thread. I don't know any of the players in this drama personally and I can say positively that I don't ever want to. I have to admit that it was more fun than reading the National Enquirerer. Who knew that the Herp industry was made up of such incredibly eccentric characters. Howard Stern must be drooling in anticipation waiting
to get them on his show. The only thing the thread seems to have
accomplished is to destroy any credibility Mr. Lawson might have had. Seems
like a very sad way to commit professional suicide.

This what neil was talking about earlier with his "business suicide" post. There are a lot of hobbyists that read this board that have not met 90% of the people that post. Their first impression of all involved in this tabloid level drama will be negative. Who wants to buy from someone that they may end up in court with or be dragged into the whole slimy mess.
