Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Chris I can understand why your upset I would be too, I hope they get back with you and straighten this all out to your satisfaction.
That's kind of funny J (BY the way the rules here require you to use your full name in every post on the BOI) back to funny. You mention putting the cages together wrong and parts not fitting, though that doesn't seem to be all of Chris's problem. Vents not fitting ETC. At least Cages by Design gives you good instructions on how to put their cages together. I've had a few of their big displays for years moved them a few times and other than them getting damaged in moving haven't had much trouble with them if they are put together correctly..Randy

acrylic bird cages are good cages
My name is John and my cage order was messed up. the parts did not line up and they wouldn't go together. when I called the shop, Dennis figured out the problem and they were able to fix it. and they sent me the missing parts.
