She stated that he "offered" her a refund. She did not state that she received a refund.
I was wondering what happened in the end of all of this; did she keep the turtle, therefore, did not get a refund (even a partial one for the injury not being disclosed before purchase), or did the seller let her keep the turtle and give her some type of refund/store credit to make up for the injury.
I guess we won't know unless she decides to come back to this thread to inform us.
