Help with spider ID

I am hoping someone on here can help ID these. We had a neighbor move in after 3 years of being in the middle of nowhere without neighbors now all of a sudden these are everywhere, My wife has been bitten twice with some reaction locally. Here are a couple of pics to help Id. We are in Northern Florida if that helps. Our neighbor just came last summer from Vegas.
