Thank you.
I wasn't sure if a copy of the permit was needed to claim the box as well.

Steve.... what are you doing on here asking that question?

HERE'S A NEWSFLASH!!!....

Pick up the telephone (remember what that is?), and CALL THE AIRPORT AND ASK THEM?

What is wrong with some of you people these days??? What if we made a mistake because we don't live in the State you do??? You're going to rely on OUR comments here when it comes to HOTS??? Come on, man.... get with the program.... do "something" for yourself once in a while.... that's the ONLY way you're going to be SURE!! CALL THEM!

Mel.... that's an easy answer.... if he doesn't have enough sense to call for himself.... I'm supposed to believe that he can handle HOTS??? Am I supposed to ASSUME by his writing skills that he has studied EXTENSIVELY on the care and husbandry of HOTS??? Can anyone say, "Anti-Venom"??

"Regular" snakes are one thing.... ANY ignoramous can figure them out.... but, HOTS??? Can't we try to leave those to the experts?? Get some education first, (not you, Mel) BEFORE you get in trouble, then the rest of us, might not get the fallout when something goes wrong! AND IT WILL!!

At least in Florida.... to get a HOTS license.... you have to spend 1000 HOURS with someone that ALREADY HAS a license, and work with them to learn all the aspects of HOTS! And, believe me, the F&G doesn't take any crap about that license.... don't even think about getting one of your friends to write you a letter.... it very rarely works! 1000 hours.... that's a LONG TIME! But, absolutely worth it, in the long-run....

Steve should stick to Ball Pythons for now....

Neil,
I could see the veins standing out on the sides of your neck while you were typing that and was worried that you might blow a gasket or something.

I agree with you 100% on this one guy.

Some people really do need to become educated in not only the laws and rules involving HOTS but they really need to learn how to handle them responsibly in every way. No ifs, ands or buts. If you have a question? Make a call to the carrier.

Take it easy Neil.

I agree 100% with you but.. you forgot one thing
Say the local constable[authorities] gets ahold of this thread and Steve doesn't know that exotics are illegal in the town he lives in [not to forget these are HOTS] now old Steve has legal problems. You must check your local laws regarding any pet[yup dogs too]
Its stuff like this that could in the long run F--- it up for the rest of us. Even though I don't practice this too often sometimes 'discretion is the better part of valor'

Would that be Anti-venin or Anti-venene Neil?

Just wondering if I read that wrong and missed the joke... because there's no such substance as "anti-venom"

Seamus.... and you wonder why I don't deal in hots?? lol

In all honesty.... you're right.... it should have been either anti-venin or anti-toxin.... but, then again.... I'm a "special" kind of stupid! If I keep studying, my English will get gooderer and gooderer by the day! duh.... lmao
