Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Just a hog isle boa
Just snapped a quick pic last night of Bacon before feeding time, my young hog isle female. I got her from Chad Duggin earlier this year. Pic taken with no flash.
I can't wait to see what she looks like a few years from now.

She looks great. About how old is she?
And I can bet that if she turns out anything like my girl then she'll get more beautiful so fast that you'll almost forget what she used to look like. My 2 yo girl has become nearly patternless except for her tail in her light phase during the day, it's amazing the blues, peaches, pinks and near white grays you'll see.
Right between her dark and light phase

Nice looking girl April! She seems to have nice pink laterals on her already. Hopefully that will keep getting better. I love how that pink looks against the gray background they get on their laterals sometimes.

Thanks all! I'm really happy with the way she is turning out. She's an '07 and I got her in April of this year. I was 'employee of the year' at my work in 07 and I got her with some of my bonus money. I named her Bacon because my other hog is named Egg, now I have Egg and Bacon. heh I know, I'm a goof. The mom was a really nice orange hog with very faded saddles, I'm hoping this lil' one takes after her mother.
