You must accept package on first delivery attempt. Temperature must be above 50F and below 90°F. Issues with shipment must be reported to me by email within 1 hours of receipt.

Refund Policy
To receive a replacement all the terms of service must be met, you must (take pictures of the DOA and/or ship the DOA back to me at your own cost, etc). No refunds.
