Baby burms, sheding and eating ?

I just received a new born albino burm, hatched 6-27-05. About how old are they usually when they shed and eat their first meal, and which do they usually do first, eat or shed ? He's only one of 15 snakes I curently have, but he is my first new born !
Thanks from a newbie here !

newly hatched burms will typically shed within 1-2 weeks. many will eat before that time, but there is no harm in waiting til they slough (unless you just can't wait to try to feed it)
