All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. All guarantees are void if someone is not there to accept delivery at time of arrival. Please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem with your animal(s). We ship Monday - Wednesday for Tuesday - Thursday arrival. Shipping costs for animals and/or dry goods, are non-refundable. ***Local pick-up fee $25.00 unless Free Shipping is specified*** Live Arrival Guarantee: All DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival. In order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for further instructions. DOA's will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value (new shipping charges to be covered by the customer). Orders will be confirmed prior to shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F. We do not guarantee the sex of baby chameleons. By the time most of our animals are ready for new homes, we sex them with almost 100% accuracy, but no 100% guarantee.
