Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

LOL....I don't think she WANTS to stay out of trouble. She keeps dancing a jig about getting herself banned, as if that will prove something....or something?

It's ILLEGAL to use them if it's against their policy to not ship snakes.
LIke i said many don't ask, many don't care. It only takes once for a mishap and yea...you're on your way don't the illegal shipping road!!!
Don't tell me UPS can't sue! Don't tell me it's not illegal to use a service who does not accept what you give them to send, and they have no clue what it is! This is not just a matter of it's wrong, it certainly can make it illegal.
Illegal: In violation of! Not authorized by!
I got off the phone yesterday with Corporate yet again to clear this up for myself, i HATE UPS around here anyway...but, yes it's illegal, because they don't accept snakes. And you knowing this NOW are not in according with policy!!!! Don't wait for a mishap. Also maybe in hicksville it does not matter, but here in Florida we are getting alot of heat us snake owners, so why chance it...
Oh and yet again....Corporate said it was a federal law to do so.
Dah...figure it out yourself. Use Fedex, it may cost more for many, but they don't care (well some stations will except snakes around here)

They could sue you on what grounds? Big difference between illegal and against company policy. At most the charges would fall under the " Lacey Act " for not properly marking the box. Still doesn't mean shipping the snake was illegal. The shipping company can close your account and refuse to reopen it but suing would most likely get laughed out of court.

Private Investigator Hired To Find Ray Torres
Ok after spending some money. I found Mr. Torres. He recently married Christine Fletcher which is and has been co-owner of his many companies he has used and changed over the years to rip people off.
I also filed a complaint with Florida Fish and Wildlife to investigate licencing issues.
He just recently build a new home that cost some serious bucks in a very remote location in Sarasota County. So he will be permantly at that address for some time.
For all the members that have wanted to track this guy and his buisness down and could not locate him here is what you and I have been looking for. I have drove by his house and seen the vehicles he used to bring me my snakes. So I know for sure its him.
address is:
1575 whirl ct
north port, florida
34288
I will do everything I can to put a cap on his buisness.

Have you found out if he has a business licence yet? Seeing as he's using the title B.A.R.C. reptiles inc. and he's in florida he should be pretty easy to find if he's running a real corporation. I haven't found anything about this business to say it's real, but i only searched for it in florida.
Also, i didn't search that many sites either. I went onto multimap and found the address also. It "looked" like a residential area but it's not really clear enough to say if it definately is or not.

Its definately a house. its in a remote location of the area very hard to find. when i drove by he was even sitting outside the back yard with his dog and saw me heh. I wont comfront the guy on a one on one basis. I just wanted to be sure it was indeed his house.
Also he does not have a buisness, occupational, or any other license to sell reps according to florida state buisness records.

hmm... based on the cell phone number, I googled and found a few fairly recent ads where they are giving their location as being Rotonda West, FL.
