I just can't BELIEVE this crap!! This time....they knew EXACTLY what was up! They STOLE my high-end snakes (list below), AND, they took my 24-hour tape recorder!! So, obviously...NO PICTURES OF THEM!! The cops were here, they did their usual routine, and now, I DOUBT I will EVER hear from them again!! (what ELSE is new&#33
It's getting to the point where I'm going to have to sleep here with a .44 under the pillow!

STOLEN LIST

1. 0.1, cb00, SUPER SALMON HYPO BOA
2. 0.1, cb02, SUPER TIGER RETIC
3. 2.0, cb01, ALBINO BURMESE (TWO OF THEM)
4. 1.0, cb02, ALBINO LABYRINTH BURMESE
5. 0.0.5, cb02, BABY RED-TAIL BOAS (FIVE OF THEM)
6. 1.0, cb01, YELLOW-HEAD RETIC
7. 1.0, cb01, MOTLEY(ish)-GRANITE BOA
8. $500+IN CASH!

I'm about at my wit's end! Tomorrow....I'm having a guy come over to "literally" BRICK IN ALL THE WINDOWS!! Even with the BARS on the outside AND inside of EVERY WINDOW...they STILL get in!! The windows are just TOO easy to break! Amazingly....they didn't BREAK anything (almost), and they didn't just KILL anything, either!
I hope you folks are learning something from all my heartache?? Make your place into a FORTRESS! WITH GATORS IN THE MOAT!! ....Neil

Man ..... Don't know what to say
I have a few suggestions
Do not let people[this means employees] konw about any security measures you might take in the future
Install a decible alarm
Have the alarms wired to your residence
Motion detectors..gotta love em
Also check the local pawn shops for your recorder and any other electronics that were stolen
Watch kingsnake for pics of your animals
I hope you catcn the people that did this
best of luck to ya

Neil,
That's so terrible!! I couldn't imagine what you went through the first time, not to mention having it happen again! Do you have picture of anything that was stolen? You don't think it was the same perp as last time do you? I agree get guard dogs and let them have the run of the store at night. We've got 2 bull mastiffs, and no one is getting in our house LOL.. In fact Mike worked late last night and didn't warn them when he came in, they were after him the second he touched the door knob. Definatley something to consider. I'll keep my eyes open for anyone trying to sell your animals.

Neil,

I'm really sorry to hear that something like this has hit you again. It's a terrible thing when you have to make a fortress out of your store because of the acts of others. I don't know how you cope as well as you do. It sounds like an inside job to me since they knew your security, where the nicest animals were and that they'd actually get away with it. There's not much I can say except I'm sure everyone here feels for you right now. Nobody deserves what you're dealing with. It's just not right! I hope this time you catch those responsible.

Neil,
Nobody deserves this kind of misfortune! I'm so sorry. You may have to subscibe to a 24hour alarm service. The music store I work for kept having Gibson Les Paul guitars stolen every time they got new shipments in -- in fact they went so far as to take out a concrete block from the wall and have a kid crawl through the hole and steal the guitars. They have had no trouble since hiring a live 24hr. alarm service 15 years ago. Obviously people are scoping out your snakes before stealing them. That's awful !! Sorry Neil,
John

i'm sorry Neil. sounds like they were up on your stock and security, hmm, wonder if they read the boi.
at least they didnt torture the animals like last time.
keep an eye out at the shows, and everyone keep that list in mind while looking through classifieds.

you'll have beardies coming toward the end of the month.

hang in there.

Neil,
Remember what comes around goes around. They will be punished one way or another. My thoughts are with you, I have been there. Keep the faith.
