Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I suspect this kid knew what he is doing, but just for the record, I would like to explain how that can happen. My explanation is NOT to argue in defense of this guy - as I think he knew exactly what he was doing.
But here is how it could happen.
I hire Web Designer Shmoe to do my website.
Shmoe uses images from stock photography companies - and steals some from the net. I pay the stock photography bill, and think everything on my site is used with permission.
That's how it can happen - and if you have seem some of the insane prices for stock photography (especially the rights managed images which are usually better), you can understand why a young web designer trying to make money might be tempted to steal images so that he can do the site at his promised price and still make a profit.

LOL.....as long as they aren't previously worn hemp sweat socks....thanks so much for the heads up Laura! Did you notice if he had any hemp thongs? I've been looking for one of those in a size 3/4. In Tie-Dye! They burn so evenly.

Hmmmm....yes it could be. But....there is no website designers name at the bottom of the page. Hence he is completely responsible for the content of his website.

I agree that what you indicate can happen, not all of use are blessed with computer wiz/geeks realily available.
Sadly in this case he is the web master of his site and has to have known what he was doing.
What I wonder now is if he even has a cham to sell or if he is just a thief waiting for a sucker.

Even if designer Shmoe is hired to do my website, Schmoe is going to ask for pics, especially given it's an animal retail site. I highly doubt Designer Schmoe is going to plagerize copyrighted photos or use stock photographgy without noting same on the site, or at least a disclaimer that the animals in the photos are not the actual animals for sale. And as Chuck pointed out, there is no credit given to anyone for the site design or maintenance. Joe Schmoe would certainly give himself credit, if for no other reason than to drum up more business. Stranger things have happened of course, but I think just as we all agrees, this guy did his own site and stole the pics.

Gee, I didn't notice if he had any footwear or not. LOL.
Those are the thongs you mean, right? Tie-dye is far out for sure, but you have to watch out for that #2 dye. I hear it tends to make them harsh.

I bought my Chameleon at Chameleon depot and got great service and a great Chameleon. They were very friendly and helped me alot. There are a million pics of Chameleons on the web. Why would you be upset. You should be proud of your chameleon.

Using another breeder’s pics without permission is considered theft. Using them to represent the animals Scott is selling is fraud. A breeder should be proud to have their pic used to misrepresent someone else’s animal? What are YOU smoking?
