identification of mystery skink

I inherited a preserved lizard for my school that I believe is an Old World skink, perhaps related to the Eugenia group of Australia/New Guinea. I would appreciate if someone could tell me genus and species. Thanks.

I think now that this may be a Cunningham's skink (Egernia cunninghami).
