I have tried to contact them via their web form and by Phone over the last month with no response. Are they still in business?

I have two emails from several months ago that were never answered.

I've heard rumors, but nothing substantiated. They were my feeder breeders of choice.

I placed, and received, an order in mid January.
Hopefully, all is still well with Loxahatchee.

I ordered from them earlier this week, it was shipped the next morning.

Should have added, rats arrived in perfect condition, well packed.

I tried them one time and never again,
It will not be a "privilege" to purchase from them as they seem to think
Product wise their feeders were in good order,better luck to others

What happened when you ordered from us that made you feel that we think it is a "privilege" to purchase rodents from us?

Getting back on topic, Bill has pm'd me a different email address. I have sent a message via this new email, and will report if a reply is received or not.

Contact info was good, order placed and rec'd. Excellent transaction all around.

Customers shouldn't have to do this. I was in the middle of a conversation that was just dropped. I'm sitting there, holding my wallet, waiting on a correct shipping quote and they dropped the ball big time. They've lost my business, though apparently have so many customers they take no notice.
