Unhappy Scale rot?

Hey guys I was handling and inspecting one of my snakes today and saw a few scales that look a tad off near his cloaca (he's a baby). I'm not sure what this might be...???

I've checked and rechecked his temps and humidity. They're fine. Nothing spilled or is wet in his enclosure either.
