Jim Rolstad, Charms beardies and balls: Paid, recieved nothing

I do have most e-mails (comcast deletes the e-mails I sent out to him aside from whats quoted in his e-mail) which will be posted as well as dates.

12/3/07 I bought 4 oz dehydrated cricket water for 5.55 shipped. I had seen topic about him being good with dry goods so I didnt think I'd have a problem. I sent the money through paypal on 12/3/07 at 12:13 PM PST

12/14/07- I e-mail him about not getting shipment or word of shipment:

Sorry for the delay. Your order will be shipped tomorrow.

I have since e-mailed him atleast 3 times, the last e-mail was on the 10th stating that I was giving him untill the 17th to get back to me. It has been 1 month today from my last e-mail reply from him. No word, no product.

Even if its only $5.55, customers shouldn't be treated like this.

It might be too late but do a dispute with Paypal or if you paid paypal with credit card go through cc company

I filed a dispute, you have 45 days from the transaction date. So just waiting for a reply on it

Sometimes that can help resolve issues or at least let them explain why they have not satisfied a customer.

Yes, I e-mailed it to him after it was posted, still nothing as of 12:30 today. I'll post updates if I hear any word from him. I did e-mail him around the tenth saying that if I didnt hear anything by the 17th I would post the thread so we'll see what happens.

Where did Mr. Rolstad advertise these supplement products?

I found his ad through kingsnake.com, I looked him up through the search here and didnt find any past bad posts by his name

Well I just got a response from him:

I took your order to the Post Office today and sent you 6 oz. instead of the 5.

If you order from me in the future, remind me about your first order and I will give you more than what you pay for.

I just wanted to chime in here. I ordered the same product (4o oz.) from Jim about a month ago and everything went flawless. I was even surprise to get the extra 1 oz. free when I opened the box. I am sorry you had troubles and I hope Jim does come through as I am sure he will.
