As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I'm so very sorry Lisa. It may be a good idea to have a necropsy done to find out exactly what caused her death, if you can.

I just called a clinic and they quoted $350+ for a necropsy... something I definitely can't afford at the moment, especially after the $150 rather useless vet visit last week. I've put her in the freezer for now (I hope that's ok). Does anyone know how long I can wait before getting a necropsy done? I'll be checking out other clinics costs as well, but I'm guessing they will all be in the same ball park.
I can't remember what's best to use for sanitizing tanks. Is ammonia the only thing that can kill crypto? I really hope it wasn't a parasite.

After you put them in a freezer most vets wont do a necropsy because when they thaw out the insides will be mush. Usually you have to do one right after they pass.

Shoot well that's too bad since the reptile vet isn't open until tomorrow, I guess I should have put her in the fridge? Thanks for the info.
