Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I bought some tortoises from Barry Lambert a few months ago. Everything went smoothly and the torts were/are great! The only thing I didn't like was adding 3% to my Pay Pal purchase, but I wanted the tortoises bad enough that a few extra dollars didn't matter. I use Pay Pal all the time because I sell on eBay and I don't charge the 3% (it's against Pay Pal's TOS). I'm not sure why people don't just raise their asking price a little to cover that fee.

Barry Lambert
Now I remember this guy. Kind of a jerk. I had a deal set up with Lambert. I had my animals all ready to ship because the last thing Barry said was I'll have the check in the mail right away. Well, I never heard from him again. No check, no phone calls, no email.
In my mind, he has no class and I'd be very careful of any dealings with him.
