safe heating pad adhesives

i have a couple heating pads that still work, but have lost their stick.

I was just curious what adhesives were safe to use on a heating pad. not looking for something permenant like super-glue, just something similar to what the self adhesive pads come with out of the box

I have used a hot glue gun set on low to attach flexwatt, which is almost exactly what your talking about. Works great, holds good but you can peel it off if you need AND then re-apply it to get it to stick again. OR you can use good old duct tape, lol.
