Lol
I never see my Pancake move with any sort of intent until she smells food. Lol
Well I was told she was a bluffer, so I expected a strikey nervous little snake, but she's proven to be quite the opposite.
Even ate for me about 40 minutes after she was unboxed and settled in, wonder if she thinks she's a big burmese? sure acts like she doesn't have a care

I've left her alone besides checking up on her everyday, I plan on getting her out this weekend, can't wait ^_^

Well I opened up her tub and she lifted her head up, she didn't mind my presence until I tried to pick her up, she (understandably) tried to get away from the big pink grippers coming her way lol.
But she didn't try to bite or anything.
She tried to burrow in my sleeve and it was probably the cutest thing I've seen.
She's quite the explorer, but she'd rather burrow into the covers and get cozy
She makes my hands look huge! But I have tiny little
Hands xD

I love her pattern! A couple of my BPs will hang out, but most of them just want to go explore. These guys eat mice, right? I was at a show the other day and someone said they feed theirs toads! I feel like that would be reeeeaaally messy!

Yeah she eats pinkys, and I know a lot eat mice and rats, but the one at our local wildlife center eats strictly toads too..
I suppose it's individual?
But I've heard the eastern species eat primarily toad.
Apparently their rear fangs help pop toads and frogs because some of them fill up with air to avoid being eaten. I thought that was interesting.

Pop a toad... Ick! :-) she is gorgeous, does she burrow around in her bedding? I've only ever held one and it tried to dig in my hand. Too cute!

But yes, I think feeding toads would be gross :/
Plus watching videos of people feed live frogs are sad because the poor little things struggle and chirp.
And I don't think I would have the heart to throw one in the freezer.
Mice are good enough for me.
