She is cruising her cage a lot more than before she shed.

That is a very good sign.
She will be laying soon.

Well she laided today. Not sure if I should be happy or disappointed. Here is what she laid. Let me know your thoughts. I still put them in the incubator just incase they turned out to be good.

Glad that she laid just fine.
However, the bad news is that it does look like she slugged out.

It's what I was thinking but some of the eggs have embryos. Check this pic out and tell me what you think.

Some slugs can have that "spot" in them. A yellow color is usually indicative, of a slug, as well.

What you would want to see is some veining and something clearer/lighter than the yellow displayed in the pic of the candled egg. Some pinkish color, when candling, is another plus.

Veining, in fertile eggs, can start out with just a wee bit of veining (that is not always easy to see), which increase over time, or they can start out, at the opposite side of the spectrum, with a ton of veining from the start.
If you don't see much veining, at the start, candle after about 2 weeks and veins should be quite evident since they will have increased.

The "egg", in the candling photo, looks like a slug to me.
You can still incubate, if you wish, to lay your mind at ease, in that they are slugs, or, who knows, maybe you get lucky in that I am wrong about all of them being slugs.

I have to point out that, along with the "spot", there can be one, maybe two, rather small veins, coming off of the "spot", in slugs. Don't confuse those with viable veining.

Most do look like slugs, but you may have a few good ones in there. Give them some time.

Well I'll give them a fighting chance lol. I'll check them in a week and see how it goes.

What do you think went wrong? Was my male shooting blanks?

Could be that the male shot blanks or it could be that the timing was a little off for fertilization.
