Rosy Boa Question (Humidity)

I have wanted to get into keeping rosy boas for a long time now and have read every care sheet I could find but I am still wondering about their need for really low humidity. My main question is does anyone in my area (in or around Pennsylvania) keep them and do you have to use a de-humidifier in the room you keep them in? It seems like most people who are advertsing rosy's live in a really dry area. Also I have not read this any caresheet but am just wondering, are they more sensitive to temperature changes then other common snakes? Right now I only have western hogs and ball pythons but I have kept other snakes including kenyan sand boas in the past and did not have any health issues with the kenyans (I say this because they also need low humidity).

They are easy keepers. Keep them in an aquarium with a screen top. Have a heat pad/spot on one end holding a nice 89-91 degrees under a nice tight hide in proportion to the size of the Rosy, or plural.

When they go into shed, wet the spot under the hide after 5-7 days of blue phase, and bingo. You are fine. My Rosy's are fed every 10 days, and watered 2x a month. If you need more info, drop me a line any day.
