Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

update
Nice to see you on here Ingo! But I'm sad to say, "Littlefoot" passed away last week. She had gained 40+g, and was looking like she might somewhat grow out of some of the visible deformities...but what I couldn't see, was on the inside, her windpipe was even more distorted. The necropsy revealed that her windpipe had an almost 90 degree bend in it--with what looked like layers of scar tissue. "Littlefoot" asphyxiated on her deformed windpipe. I am still sick to my stomach about this whole thing.
For the record; since this is "case closed"--Kyle Hiner never refunded me a penny, or apologized, or even admitted that he could have possibly made a mistake...

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your leachie. Whether there were problems with her health or not when she came to you it's always sad when pet dies. She pretty even inspite of her deformities. At least she's not suffering anymore. I'm sorry for your loss and equally sorry that you aren't able to get closure from the seller. It would nice if everyone in the world was willing to just own up to mistakes and work together but the people who do are few and far between. Glad to know that you're one of the good guys who cares about your animals.

Thank you for that, Emily. I have raised up 36 leachies in total now, and it was obvious that this poor animal had severe MBD (post secondary hyperparathyroidism) the second I opened the box...and it wouldn't have taken a trained eye to notice that...

Both of our losses?!? Kyle got paid $300 for a very sick animal, and then accused me of trying to pull a fast one on him. He never refunded a penny, nor admitted that he may have made a mistake. The only thing he lost was his integrity, and in my opinion, integrity is worth ALOT more than $300...
The real "loser" here is the amazing gecko that died a horrible and unnatural death.

I think they were saying both of your losses as in your job and your gecko.
Hopefully things turn around quick on the job front.

I don't want to assume but I think Shawn meant the loss of the leachie and the loss of your job. At least that is how I read it.
