Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

NOBODY has better customer service. If you have some sort of problem, they will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Their products are superior. You can not go wrong with AP.

I bought a AP rack about 3 or 4 years ago. The heat cable did not last but 1 or 2 weeks. I called them up and told them that the heat cable went out on my new rack and they 2nd day aired me a new cable that I have not had a problem with.
So i my opinion they are GREAT people to deal with. AP has great customer service.

Ali is just wonderful to talk to on the phone...i have a rack coming in Jan 2010 and im thrilled and excited to get it...little customizing with no issues whatsoever from Ali...shes just awsome

I have the 9 level hatchling rack with 6 qt boxes and it is awesome. The boxes fit perfect, no gaps so nothing gets out and not so tight that the water bowls spill when you pull out a box. PERFECT FIT on ALL levels.

Mark is a great guy, their product is awesome.
AP racks are all I use. In my opinion they are the perfect rack for basement breeders. They hold heat and humidity well.
