Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.
Mine (RIP) used to lay 35-45 at a time, then a second clutch of the same size about a month later. This happened 2X per year. She was a pet only, and never with a male. Be sure to get her calcium back up each time. Congrats on your upcoming brood!
Thank you christine! ofcourse shes getting plenty of calcium, shes getting big again shes going to be laying soon, hope for alot more! the breeder i got her from told me she laid 5 clutches of around 35-38 eggs in a clutch! thats alot of eggs!!!! so far she tops my records!!!
