Dissolution actions will help you protect yourself, and protect consumers as well, from seeing the relationship between you and Anthony as a partnership just in case the other party tries in the future to use the shared logo and etc. to make people believe there is a partnership connection between them and your company.

As far as someone 'almost' using your name, the test for a trademark is not that it is a letter perfect copy, but that the other business can be confused with yours by a consumer. For instance, no one can market a soda product named Coca Colla without getting into a heap of (expensive) trouble very quickly.
