Question Heating typeand temps for 20 Long

I do not have any Leo's as yet but I am preping a 20long for a trio.

I have reading and researching and I am somewhat confused over heating requirements!

A number of Care sheets and sites say an UTH under about 25% of the enclosure is fine as long as temp over the UTH reaches 88F.

A few say that a 40w or 60w incandescent is all thaty is needed.

Some say nighttime temps down to 70F others say 60's are not a problem.

I am located in SE Mich. Winter house temps at night are at about 65/66F, daytime 71/72F.

What do you other northeners do during our 5 month winter?
What temps are workable?
What is acceptable and what is BEST for my future Leo's??
Do you use UTH or incandescent bulbs or both? How do you heat your environment?

I would like to get everything set up ahead of time with temps regulated before I bring home any Leo's.

Thanks in advance
Ed
