08' eggs have started!

I've not been around much~ (I didn't even know the WS mod system was discontinued!) But I'd like to be around more. Just been BUSY BUSY BUSY! Anyway~ I just thought I'd go ahead and post pics of the two clutches down so far~ I don't have any questions or problems with them~ I just wanted to stop in and say

Apparently over the last year I forgot how to palpate my girls~ I have two I palpated on Feb 17th when the shed that I swear had 5 or 6 eggs in each. Been watching them carefull all week expecting eggs.......no eggs from either of those girls so when I was feeding today I dropped one to both just to see.......one of those I expected eggs from ANY DAY now ate a rat! And I didn't expect anything from Hydra for some time yet.....I opened her tub to offer her a rat and found her wrapped around them eggs this morning!

AND I've got two corns I've not even bred yet this year that would not eat today~ so I palpated.......they are full of eggs! Either slugs or I'll see if they really can retain sperm for a year like people say. (disappointed to have missed on those two~ guess I better get the other corns together quick!)

So~ apparently I forgot how to palpate or add up when they are due! LOL! Oh well~ the eggs I did get look good. Your eggs will be along any time now I imagine!

The three I ordered to keep Ebay the Emu company (we are trying "Ebay" as his name now) should be here tomarrow~ and the 6 fertile eggs I picked up at a swap meet should be hatching this weekend!

..................no more baby humans! Been there~ done that~ have the grown men to show!
