I like surprises

I was given 2.0 Snow/normal about a year and a half ago. I decided to let my children have them as pets. Their previous owner had housed them together for about two years. Well I kept them together and a week ago one of the males dropped 23 eggs LOL. No cooling, No prep on my part.

We’ll my incubators were already full, I had to rush out and pickup a cheap one. I had no plans on breeding any corns. The eggs look great so far.

Thought I would share. I love the cool little things that happen in life.

No kidding! Can you imagine how much easier it would be to recoup the cost of feeding the pair if BOTH of them were laying eggs??

23 Eggs without cooling is pretty impressive for a even a female corn... but maybe the males are held to higher expectations???

( I know, I deserve a good 'slap' for that one. Why isn't there a smiley for that?)
