Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Can you share anything else about this person: business name, where did you cross paths with him, location, what is he selling?
There is an inactive member here by that name, is this him?

If it's this guy, we have not done business but we are in many of the same Facebook groups and I've never seen any complaints about him or the animals he sells.

Luan is awesome and trustworthy. I purchased a MBK that he was selling for a friend. His service is excellent and the snake I got was everything he said it was and I’m happy. This transaction was over a year ago. I haven’t kept up with him but I do know he has very beautiful DOminican red mountain boas. I hope this helps!

I don't know anything else about this person, just seen him / her on FaceBook selling DRMBs quite a bit. I was thinking of buying from him / her.

Great guy, bought 2.2 DRMBs from him as well as a young Jungle Carpet Python. The DRMBs were disclosed as still being lizard feeders, which they were with gusto, but so far within 2 mos. 3/4 have switched to pinkies. Carpet Python is a healthy little feeding machine!
