Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I just received my first order of frozen feeders from them today and I am VERY pleased.
Their service was top-notch and I was notified via e-mail with every little detail I could ask for regarding my shipment. And when I e-mailed a question, I did not receive an e-mail back. But instead a PHONE CALL from Kevin in less than two hours with an answer to my question.
The rodents were still nice and frozen solid with plenty of dry ice and a TON of insulation in a nice sturdy box. The sizing was perfect(no scrawny rats & mice here)and the pricing was great.
I will definitely be sending them my business again! I am one very satisfied customer.

I too must praise rodentpro for their excellent service and quality feeders. They always arrive frozen, and well packed. And the rodents always meet up to the specs on the web site. I will continue to give them my business.

I have just recived another order from Rodentpro and I have to tell you, either they use really large money in their pictures or they have the smallest examples of the rodents they can find in their pictures because the rodents I got were HUGE. They came rock solid as allways, with plenty of dry ice to last them all day (if not two more days.) When I sent a comment to them through their online comment form (a good comment) not only did Kelli reply, but the next day Kevin replyed also. Emails at every steps of the ordering and shipping progress really makes this business top notch. I would recomend this business to anyone. Really A++ stuff!

I should be getting my first shipment next week. My best friend and I went in together on our order to reduce shipping costs for us both (we live next door to each other). Through every step of the order rodentpro has been courteous and helpful. They even explained that they would not be shipping the rodents this week due to the holiday but would ship them first thing Tuesday. From their attitudes and what I have read here, I expect to be quite pleased with my shipment.

Although I must admit that yes they rodents where awesome in size and frozen solid very well packaged I have noticed that a LOT of my bags that are labeled as having 10 rats per bag have been short, most of them have 9 and a few even had only 8. For the most part I have been happy with the quality of the shipping an animals but I would really rather once in awhile have an overcount of one here and there instead of having one or more less most of the time :^(
Would I order from them again...yes. I would just be damn sure the counted better next time LOL.

You have to appreciate rodentpro.com when you've got a lot of snakes to feed!

Tony, contact them and let them know what's going on. Kevin and Kelli are great people and I'm sure they will make good on it.

Just got my order yesterday and was very impressed with both the size of the prey items as well as the packing. Top notch business practices. I'd recommend them to anyone.
