Nope, just being a guy from Europe who instantly recognized this european line from varanus gilleni

I have all the European lines of Gilleni, I've imported 100's of odatria from Europe the last couple years and none of my Gilleni or caudo's look like that. It was actually a couple of the big euro odatria breeders that verified this animal for me.

Allright, lets think about this. Australian borders are closed. So you can only have 2 options; this animal is captive bred or it is an illegal smuggled animal.

If it where illegal you would not advertise it in the open like this.
If it where captive bred you wouldn,t need the multiple sources to confirm this is varanus bushi,as you stated in the advertisement.

I have been in the varanid hobby for over 15years. Now, i am not an expert, i am not the smartest guy in the world, i am just looking at a animal with a typical broad head like gilleni,not small and pointy like varanus bushi,and with beautifull body markings and totall drawing, which i will admit are very uncommon in the US,but are pretty common here in europe.

I bet you got this animal from Germany

Now please understand that i am not trying to do bad for your business. This thing has already gone way to far as i am recieving all kinds of emails.

I know you have imported hundreds of animals from europe. And perhaps you do have solid proof that this is a varanus bushi. At least, i hope for your buyers you do with this particular animal.

Either way, i am backing out of this topic. I,m just a guy who made a comment to what i saw. That,s all.
