yay, 2 new crested babies

I've been waiting for these eggs for so long...I bought the new male for my 2nd colony in Nov and then 3 months quarantine...eggs laid 3/22...and they hatched yesterday....#1 has is partial pin...not sure about #2 but it took forever to come out of the egg

thanks...very happy with them...not sure of color yet...but I'm hoping to get some red fire or har out of this pair...the bit of pinstripe was bonus

Nice red female! (I have one like that ) From her yes I would expect them to keep a lot of that rich color they have. And fire from dad. Good combo.

thanks...yeah...I love the reds and harlys and fires and my yellow brindle....this fire male is also in with a nice grey/brown and orange harlequin with a lot of partial pinstripe...her first egg is due within the next couple weeks...it's the tiniest egg any of mine have laid...just laid the one her first time around...can't wait to see it...and not sure who laid an egg in that cage about a week after...could be that she laid 1 a week later, but I think the red female just laid that one that month...
10 eggs total incubating...1 from my red dalmation male and yellow brindle female due any day now...she's had red patternless, bicolor or dalmation before or brindle yellow/tan/pastel orange babies...so waiting to see which
very excited...and hoping to get maybe some full or almost complete pinstripe from above male and this female
