As many of you know, we are facing a Ban from owning non-native species. Why because of this..
When cases of terrified tourist snapping pictures of Burmese pythons swallowing gators got out, this set off an alarm for animal rights movements and of course the media
The media covered this story very hard and came up with only one thing. These Pythons were let go by iresponsible pet owners. Enviromentalist and Animal rights actavists came up with the conclusion that these pythons are breeding, which is true. And can breed and make there way up to the Northern States posing a major risk to the envirmonet and America. We need to Ban animals that are not from here.
This is all just hyped up publicity
This is what really happened. As many of you know. Im a resident of Homestead,Fl. We are located deep south, 10 minutes from the Everglades National Park. The weather here has so much humid and heat that it makes a perfect breeding ground for Exotic animals. But how did most of the animals arrive in our National Parks and Lakes? This is the real reason why.

After Hurricane Andrew hitt in 1992, thousands of homes where demolished setting free peoples pets. The Miami Metro zoo even lost animals. Birds flew into the wildnerness, Igunas and pythons took off from peoples homes and into Canals, making their way up to the swamp lands marshy areas. ADAPTING, and breeding.

The goverment of Florida was aware of this problem and did nothing. 17 years later, we have iguanas ganged up around canals. We have green Parrots flying freely threw the skies of south Florida. And of course now we have the pythons, Adapting and breeding. Instead of blaming themsleves for not taking care of the problem from the beggining, they'll rather kill a billion dollar industry to say its our fault.
