Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

That is true, but I, myself am only able to use postal money orders to pay for purchases, and bills. I am an honest person, and I have done business with 4 or 5 people on this forum.
Not everyone who has to use money orders are bad people.

Thanks Lucille. I've already notified him about his reputation on fauna/atp and he didn't seem to care stating that I should go ahead and write more negative feedback about him. He doesn't want to resolve ANYTHING. And according to Mac's Morph and his post on ATP, he had to resolve it through paypal and get his money back that way. This guy Steve CLEARLY does not care about his reputation or customer service.
I just checked his email fishing.stevie@gmail.com under paypal and it's actually LOCKED due to some reason. "HMMMMMMMMMMMMM"

That does seem suspicious. And also about him not caring what you say. It could be that he knows he is guilty.
I hope you don't let this one person sour you against ALL money order users.
