Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

They were brown moth eggs, much bigger than a mite. That was before we discovered what it really was...i will not go over this again. I told her by phone after. Done. Anyway, she has NO reason to gripe. I never did anything wrong. I did not take her money, I did not sell her the snake. So there is NO GRIPE> Period.

I am losing money keeping this snake and feeding it each week. You cant do anything with it anyway, it is too young to breed. Keeping it is the right thing to do until it is ready. As soon as it is ready to ship, it will arrive. Until then I asked you to stop harassing me. But you wouldn't. I hope you thoroughly enjoy the deceit and propaganda you have stirred up for nothing. Negative people do negative things. Stop pretending you are a victim.

Seems that he has been patient if the check was cashed on September 6th, 2016.
I understand relatives dying on the other side of the world (been there too) however it did not impact the business I was conducting like it seems to have yours, it took two weeks for my business to resume to normal and to apologize for the inconvenience I offered free shipping for the delay to my customers.
Customers come first whatever personal dealing you may have it's not the customer's problem (sure it's nice if they are understanding but they are under no obligation to do so), should something arise your customer should still be taken care off in a timely fashion.
Here we are talking about 3 months as of tomorrow since the check was cashed You would think that after 3 months he should have received his snake or a full refund right?
Basically now you are telling a customer that the snake will arrive when it will arrive, so it could be next week, next month, year 2018? Is it really how you conduct business? Don't you think a customer is entitle to know when his animal will arrive and don't you think that the animal should be delivered in a timely fashion to your customer?
You can still do the right thing and send the money back but you can't have both the money and the snake (for still undetermined amount of time) that is not how an honest business is ran. So what will it be?
Also you make various that your customer is being unreasonable can you back that up with a screen shot of your various convos over the last 3 months? I would also encourage Robert to do the same.

In other words, you are not going to provide proof. I believe from the way you are handling/explaining this issue that you are lying and I hope anyone reading this thread would think twice about doing business with you.

I wager that she also has no comment about proclaiming to be a Doctor after having her license revoked.
Dead people always pop up when somebody gets scammed.....not surprised in the least by "Dr. Lisa" and her responses.

Yes, I did have to stop payment on my check, Lisa, because two requests for an answer as to it's whereabouts were ignored by you. Any financially responsible person would have done the same.
And yes, I have a text from you, saying the snake has "5 to 10" mites, from being at an expo. Now, it's moth eggs. Why would a snake have been at a sales expo if it's already sold, anyway?
If you call explaining what happened between us "hysteria", then our definition differs. If you'll notice, I did not start this thread. I merely explained what happened to me when another of your customers posted his complaint. Nothing I have posted is untrue.
How you have responded to me, and to Robert speaks volumes about you.
