I just went through this very thing. I was shipping a snake (eww, a snake!<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
'> for the first time. I checked with UPS and FedEx and both said they do not ship live animals. The USPS told me they do ship live, coldblooded animals (no turtles or turtle eggs and NO SNAKES!<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
'>. I calmly labled my snakes LIZARDS and tolk them to the post office. Without batting an eye, the man behind the counter stamped the package and sent it on its way. My buyer paniced when he heard the news of how I sent it. It is due to arrive tomorrow - we will see.
