Thanks, I love my little neonates that I've had this year, they are great. As far as any breeders with some available at the moment, Alison Theus has some Longis available I believe. http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/foru...r.php?u=109078 good person to buy from, and high quality animals.

So I'm sure there are millions of people out there who can't wait to find out what I'm doing with my big bird cage! I was able to find a 2019 baby longicauda from a breeder near me in San Diego! So I better get to work modifying my cage for her, because she will be ready for it in about 3 - 4 years! She is sweet and I like her very much. Randall, I am learning much about ALL snakes, and like you, I seem to be drawn to boas. And I especially like the locality or "dwarf" boas. I could still divide the cage into two enclosures and keep two boas in it. There is plenty of room. So maybe some day soon, I will find myself picking up a Pearl island or Hog island boa. By the way, is it "Hog", or "Hogg"? I think I have seen it both ways.

Congrats on finding a longi near you. You will find yourself in love with the little boa as she grows. As far as Hog or Hogg island. Go with Hog Island.
