I'm posting this to simply let people know that this person does not honor or do what he says he will do. I ordered a Herpstat Pro from this person, Joshua.

The paypal email address I sent the money to was: haileyscorner1128@yahoo.com and the name on the paypal account is: Kimberly Baer but the guy I was in contact with name is: Joshua.

He lied to me a number of times about shipping the thermostat out on Friday the November 13th like he said he would. I know this because the post mark on the box was the November 19th. The post office prints the date on the stamp when they sell it. Why did he lie to me about when he shipped it is beyond me.

When I got the thermostat it had 3 loose screws rattling around inside of it and the firth screw that held the board was lose. Why had the thermostat been taken apart? I have no idea and can only assume there was some problem with it.

I needed a new thermostat like the Herpstat (proportioning) for breeding and was going to buy a new one but I saw his posted and figured it was a good deal because he made it sound like it was in new condition and had only been used for a year.

In his original ad he said that there would be extra temp probes included. Meaning I would get 8 probes total, I only got 4 probes. Out of the 4 I got 2 had been cut and re-spliced.

The thermostat seems to have a problem with one if the inputs not reading the temps correctly and does not power the heat like it should.

I tried to contact this person the day I got the thermostat and a number of times after but he has chosen to ignore all of my attempted contact. I even tried to use PayPal to resolve this issue but that did not work.

I have just wrote this off as a lesson learned. Just remember people: "If something sounds to good to be true, it probably is.".
