I have some used books I’d like to sell off that are all in good shape ready to ship out. All books are priced individually and shipping is not included in the pricing. Shipping will cost $4 for up to 3 books, $1 extra per book once over the original 3, Shipped via USPS insurance is optional and $1 extra, this cost will cover anyone in the United States. Geckoes. by Henkel/Schmidt, published by Krieger, hardcover. This book is great for the serious gecko keeper and a must have for the beginner. Many color photos and details of dozens and dozens of species giving lots of info about taxonomy, history, species, habitats, care, and much more………. $25

Bearded Dragon, Success with a Reptile Pet. by Tom Mazorlig published by T.F.H., hardcover. This is a nice book with color photos detailing the care of Bearded Dragons and not only entails Pogona vitticeps but other species of Dragon Common and no common to the pet trade. This book is great for the beginner or advanced Dragon keeper……….. $15

The Guide to Owning Chameleon Species. by W. Schmidt, K. Tamm & E. Wallikewitz published by T.F.H., paperback. This is a good beginner to slightly advanced book that has dozens of color photos of various Chameleon species in the wild and captivity. Details, identification, Behavior, Feeding, Care and more…….. $8

General Care and Maintenance of Tokay Geckos and Related Species. by Sean McKeown and Jim Zaworski, published by The Herpetocultural Library, paperback. This is one of my favorite paperbacks published by T.H.L. It covers a ton of info on the beautiful Tokay gecko including history, care, and more. It also touches on various other gecko species of the Gekko genus with great color photos!............ $8

The Ball Python Manual. by Philippe de Vosjoli, Roger Klingenberg D.V.M., David and Tracy Barker, published by The Herpetocultural Library, paperback. This is a great Ball Python book that details care and breeding of BP’s quite well. It has many color photos but keep in mind this book was published in 95’ so some of the newer morphs will not be pictured, although albinos, pieballs, and clowns are just a few of many photos……..$7

The General Maintenance of Red-Eared Sliders. by Philippe de Vosjoli, published by The Herpetocultural Library, paperback. This is a pretty good book about Sliders focusing on the Red Eared. Great pictures of pastels, albinos, hypos, and the ever present normal. A MUST for the first time turtle owner……………$7

Kingsnakes and Milksnakes - A Complete Pet Owner’s Manual. by Markel and Bartlett, published by Barron’s, paperback. This is a great book for the Colubrid lover and a must for the first time Milk or King owner. Great color photos of all kinds of various Milks and Kings as well as a good section on breeding, this book actually helped get us through our first clutch of California Kingsnakes! ………………. $8

Animals and Psychedelics- The Natural World and the Instinct to Alter Consciousness. by Giorgio Samorini, published by Park Street Press, paperback. This is a fast read and has a very interesting take to it. It covers various animal species that use substances in their environment to heal themselves, alter consciousness, and intoxicate themselves as well as their natural instincts that drive them to these self medicating behaviors........$10.
