John Finsterwald of Colorado Corns (Pikes Peak Reptiles)

I began collecting snakes again early this year (after a 30 year break), and met John at a local reptile show. He is the very definition of an all-around good guy, patient, informative, and helpful. His experience and knowledge are impressive, and his encouraging and enthusiastic attitude really promotes the hobby. I have witnessed him take time to educate young kids on the proper care and feeding of Corn Snakes, go out of his way to work with them, and then throw in a copy of Don Soderberg's book to sweeten the deal. I have only dealt with him in person, but cannot imagine him to be any less personable from a distance. His snakes are top-notch, and he has very real concern for their well-being. I have acquired 17 of them just this season, and all are healthy, beautiful, and great feeders. My wife and I consider him a valued friend whom you will not regret doing business with.
