I agree. Every time he post's, it's about what a great business he runs, how great his animals and guarantees are, or how we are all delusional, and out to get him. Not once has he even tried to defend the fact that he does not have a legitimate business. Not one time in this whole monster of a thread has he spoken up and said that we are wrong about this.

By his own words, he's had to have made hundreds of thousands of dollars. Let him deny it to the tax people. His own post's will hopefully be his final undoing. Frankly, I'm sick of the dude. I'm willing to do what ever it takes to see him GONE. He's a bane to the industry.

The simple answer is no, they are not. Individuals, corporations, LLC's, partnerships, etc. are entitled to privacy. I believe that even publicly held corporations do not have to disclose their tax returns (they have to do financial reporting as per SEC regulations, but that is not the same). I may be wrong, but I believe that the tax returns of not-for-profit corporations are available to the public.

I have to say out of pure boredom and a back injury I am resting, I spent ALL morning reading thru this soap opera which was quite amusing.

All I have to say is this is such a tightnit community where everyone knows everyone. If I only sold 1 snake per yr and these accusations were being made against me you bet your you know what I would be posting every bit of info I had to clear my name.

After I finish healing I need to get a life!! lol

I have read this thread like a good drama lol !!

If I had a reputation to protect a family to support and a business to run and people were spewing false things about me I would be spitting mad !!! people would pay dearly for messing with my livelyhood !!! But, on the otherhand, if those things were true , you would just keep quite and pray it all goes away lol
I think it's pretty clear which path he is taking .

Reminescing about damon and- all of his incantations, got me thinking: wouldn't it be fascinating to hear (read) what a real psychology professional has to say about his antics.

damon-in the eyes of this layman-is showing all of the classic signs of someone who is:

1. Misogynistic
2. Narcissistic
3. Masochistic
4. Schizophrenic and has
5. Delusions of grandeur

Are their any psych grad students or practicing professionals who would like to comment on this 'case' (anonymously, of course)?

Further, to add to Ritchie's list of circumstantial evidence, please do not forget the following:

The last time that damon was 'outed' as being brian smith, he would continue to come back to his thread, post more lies, ignore our questions and make ridiculous assertions. It got so bad, that Rich Z. himself had to come in and lock the thread down.

In this thread about his 'david' alias, I see all of the same things happening all over again.
