Thanks Kisha, when looking at the pics that was my first thought, but in the flesh 2 looks to have a larger head than the image has portrayed...Ill have to have a closer look at him/her, but Im definitely conviced that 3 is male, and 1 has the most enormous head ever (but is also the biggest skink I have ever seen, so I didnt know if that was skewing my perspective). I was planning on removing 3 from the mix, since we have a surplus of males now, so thats not a problem.
Ill be really glad if 2 is a female, as 1 and 2 are definitely my favourites - really mellow so long as we arent handling them, will come over and eat from our hands etc!
Many thanks for your advice, I will update if it becomes any more obvious (they are in quarantine, so cant be allowed to mingle with any others yet to see if that makes it clearer...I have another male who has been quite handy at identifying other males in the past!)
