How do you like your meat?

I'm talking Steak here!

I've noticed over the years a trend that women seem to prefer medium-rare meat and men seem to prefer well-done meat, so what about you?

MED RARE to RARE...as meat was intended to be eaten!

You didn't post medium well

I don't eat red meat to ofter, but when I do, I get it medium rare.

Medium.... I would like rare, but I like it warmed throughout and not still cold. With medium if it's undercooked it is still warm throughout, and if it's overcooked it is still edible.

If my meat aint Moo'ing, its overcooked

I like my meat pink in the middle.





And yes, I am talking steak meat.

I don't really eat a lot of meat, but when I do, I like my beef medium rare.

Also, I like mine pretty plain, no seasonings but some salt. Beef has a great flavor all it's own.

It should scream when I stab it with my fork.
