Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Is it about to hatch??
I took a close pic of the egg that's showing strange signs, since I've never really paid attention and left the eggs alone since that preemie hatched I'm wondering if this is a sign that the egg is about to hatch?

I am not sure if it looks like it is going to hatch. Kind of looks like it is drying up, did you put a slightly moist towel over it for a while?

ok, I looked at it this morning and it was starting to look like the egg had acne!!! LOL I figured it meant something, the shell is feeling kinda soft too, I'll put a towel over it hopefully it will help. They're at day 42 at 88 degrees, so I'm thinking that this week or next they'll hatch. It's clutchmate is just fine, the shell it still firm and there's no dents in it.

If take it that acne could be the egg sweating? That usually indicates it will hatch soon.
